Technical data. Our hosting and anti-spam providers process your IP address and basic request metadata to deliver the site, prevent abuse and rate-limit form submissions. This is necessary for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Processors and recipients
We use the following service providers to operate the website. Each processes personal data only on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery and the Turnstile anti-spam challenge. Processes IP address and request metadata. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: confirm current Cloudflare DPA reference and any regional hosting configuration]
- Resend (transactional email) — delivers form submissions to CHEMREG and any acknowledgement email to you. Processes the contents of the relevant form. [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: confirm Resend as the email processor or substitute the provider actually used, and reference its DPA]
- Customer relationship management — [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: name the CRM in use (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) or state that no CRM is connected; reference its DPA and hosting region]
- Newsletter delivery — [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: name the newsletter/email-marketing provider or state that this is handled within the CRM]
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It does not currently use a web analytics service. The Turnstile anti-spam challenge is used in a mode that does not set cookies for tracking purposes.
See the Cookie information page for the current, itemised list. If CHEMREG later introduces analytics or marketing tools, a consent banner will be added and this notice updated before those tools load.
5. Retention
Enquiry and demo-request data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: retention period for business correspondence, e.g. aligned with statutory record-keeping obligations]. Newsletter and Regulatory Watch data is retained until you unsubscribe. [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: confirm retention periods with counsel]
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with future effect — for the newsletter and Regulatory Watch, use the unsubscribe link in any message.
To exercise these rights, contact [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: privacy contact]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: competent supervisory authority for CHEMREG's place of establishment].
7. International transfers
Some processors are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, additional technical and organisational measures. [TO BE COMPLETED BY CHEMREG: confirm the transfer mechanism for each processor]
